The Summit

The Summit floorplan has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a game room, a study, a formal dining room, a media room, and a 2 car garage.  The Owner's suite can be built with a bay window, tray ceilings, and several different ensuite bathroom layouts to choose from.  An additional bedroom and full bath can be added in lieu of the Study and powder bath. Also, an additional bedroom can be added in lieu of the media room. For those who love the outdoors, there is a covered porch option and also an extended covered porch option.
